Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times
Our average delivery time ranges from 7 to 15 business days for most of our main markets, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
For other countries, delivery may take between 7 and 20 business days, depending on the destination and local logistics.
In rare circumstances, such as customs inspections, logistics disruptions, natural events, or force majeure situations, delivery may take up to 30 business days. While these situations are uncommon, we want to be transparent about the possibility.
Unexpected Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, Vainci cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Duties and Taxes

Returns
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order. If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the processing period:
