At Vainci, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order. If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging, including all protective materials, tags, manuals, and accessories.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, accidents, or modification by the customer


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@vainci.com with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Vainci is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the processing period:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@vainci.com.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with:

  • Photos of the product and the packaging

  • A description of the issue

We will assess the situation and provide a solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. After this period, we are unable to cancel the order.
