Vainci Returns Policy

At Vainci, we want you to feel confident in every purchase.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

This Returns Policy applies only to purchases made directly through vainci.com. If you purchased from an authorized retailer, please contact the original seller directly, as they handle their own returns and exchanges.

This Returns Policy is separate from the Vainci Limited Warranty and does not replace any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.


1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in accordance with the conditions set out below.


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • be unworn, unused, and in its original condition;
  • be returned with the original packaging, including protective materials, inserts, tags, and accessories where applicable;
  • show no signs of damage, misuse, resizing, or alteration;
  • be accompanied by a valid order number or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law:

  • gift cards;
  • items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase;
  • personalized, customized, or made-to-order items;
  • items returned in used, worn, damaged, altered, or incomplete condition.

4. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@vainci.com.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it.

If your order has already been shipped, your request will be handled in accordance with this Returns Policy and any applicable statutory rights.


5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a manufacturing issue, please contact us at contact@vainci.com as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include:

  • your full name;
  • your order number;
  • a description of the issue; and
  • clear photos or videos showing the product and packaging.

If the issue relates to a manufacturing defect, it may be handled under the Vainci Limited Warranty.


6. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@vainci.com with:

  • your full name;
  • your order number or proof of purchase; and
  • the reason for your return request.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Items sent back without prior return authorization may not be accepted.


7. Return Shipping

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Vainci is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Any original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.


8. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this Returns Policy, the refund may be refused.

Where permitted by applicable law, Vainci may withhold a refund until the returned item has been received and inspected.


9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, style, or variation, we recommend returning the eligible item in accordance with this policy and placing a new order separately.


10. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Returns Policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
