Vainci International Warranty

At Vainci, we are committed to delivering timeless products of the highest quality. Every Vainci piece is carefully crafted with precision and undergoes strict quality control. As part of our commitment to excellence, we offer a warranty that covers manufacturing defects.


1. What Our Warranty Covers and Duration

Vainci warrants its products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

This warranty applies to all products purchased directly from our official website (vainci.com) or from an authorized Vainci retailer.

During this period, if the product shows any defect in materials or craftsmanship, we will, at our discretion, repair the product or replace it with a new one — free of charge.

Important: This warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, the rights granted to you by applicable consumer laws in your country or region.

Future Warranty Extension

We are working closely with our manufacturing partners to offer an extended one (1) year warranty on all products. Once this is fully implemented, this page will be updated accordingly to reflect the change.


2. What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, aging, or deterioration (including scratches, fading, or damage to the strap, bracelet, clasp, glass, or coating).

  • Battery replacements.

  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, negligence, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions.

  • Water damage if the product is used in a manner inconsistent with its stated water resistance.

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or servicing.

  • Loss or theft of the product.

  • Products without a valid proof of purchase from an authorized source.


3. What We Will Do in Case of a Warranty Claim

If your warranty claim is approved within the warranty period, Vainci will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product using new or equivalent-to-new components; or

  • Replace the product with an identical model or, with your consent, a product of similar style and functionality.

If the original product is no longer available, we may offer an alternative of equal value.

If the warranty claim is rejected because the issue is not covered, we will notify you with the reason, and you may decide whether to proceed with a paid repair or return.


4. How to File a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim:

  • Contact our customer support at support@vainci.com with the following information:

    • Full name

    • Order number or valid proof of purchase

    • Description of the issue

    • Photos or videos clearly showing the defect

  • Our team will evaluate your claim and provide return instructions if applicable.

  • The product must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.


5. Limitation of Liability

Except as provided in this warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Vainci is not liable for any direct, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of use.

The maximum liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original retail purchase price of the product.
