Vainci Limited Warranty
At Vainci, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create.
This Limited Warranty applies for one (1) year from the original purchase date to products purchased directly from vainci.com or from an authorized Vainci retailer.
It covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.
This Limited Warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace, any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
1. What This Limited Warranty Covers
If your product presents a qualifying manufacturing defect during the warranty period, Vainci may, at its sole discretion:
- repair the product using new or equivalent-to-new parts;
- replace the product with the same model, if available; or
- replace it with a comparable product of similar value and function if the original model is no longer available.
This Limited Warranty covers:
- movement malfunction caused by a manufacturing defect;
- clasp, buckle, bracelet, or strap hardware failure caused by a manufacturing defect;
- abnormal plating or colour loss resulting from a manufacturing defect under normal use;
- battery-related malfunction caused by a manufacturing defect during the warranty period.
2. What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear, including minor scratches, dents, surface marks, gradual aging, or routine battery depletion;
- damage caused by accidents, drops, impact, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling;
- damage caused by failure to follow product care instructions;
- water damage resulting from use beyond the product’s stated water-resistance guidelines;
- damage caused by exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, perfume, lotion, cleaning products, chlorine, or salt water;
- damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or servicing;
- loss or theft;
- products purchased from unauthorized sellers;
- claims submitted without valid proof of purchase.
3. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at contact@vainci.com and include:
- your full name;
- your order number or valid proof of purchase;
- a brief description of the issue; and
- clear photos or videos showing the defect.
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if needed.
4. Warranty Claim Resolution
If your claim is approved, Vainci will determine the most appropriate solution in accordance with this Limited Warranty.
If the issue is found not to be covered, we will inform you of the reason. Where available, we may offer a paid repair or another reasonable solution at our discretion.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with warranty claims.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vainci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.
Any liability under this Limited Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.
Nothing in this Limited Warranty excludes or limits any rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
